Start a garden full of cheerful blossoms! Three-dimensional leaves and stems are neat touches in this original design by Bethany Reynolds. This free online workshop includes step-by-step photos of the block piecing.
Finished size 41" x 411/2"

Thanks to Michelle Wyman, whose suggestion inspired this design!

This design uses the Magic Mirror-Image Trick to create symmetrical designs in the blossoms. For main fabric selection tips, click here.

The three-dimensional petals are created using the Appli-bond method developed by my friend Joan Shay, author of the "Petal Play" books. Visit Joan's site to see her wonderful designs!
